Station Square

The Residences of Station Square consists of 3 interconnected buildings at 1201 & 1205 N Garfield St and 1120 N Fillmore St. A variety of spaces – some first floor units have direct access to the outside, the first four floor have ‘loft’ style finishes and the upper floors have classic fininishes. A two-tiered pool and party room are located in the 1201 building. There is no fitness center but there is a Gold’s Gym in the 1120 Fillmore building. Ground floor retail and restaurants. Located in the heart of Clarendon and just a block to the Clarendon Metro.
