Cambridge Courts

Cambridge Courts is a 159-unit garden-style condo community in Central Arlington, built in 1943 along Arlington Boulevard. It’s one of the larger garden communities in the county, with a campus layout that includes multiple buildings, courtyards, and more green space than you’d expect from a property this close to the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor.
