Continental Unit #220
One of my recent sales was unit #220. The owner Bruce called me from California and said 'I just inherited this property and need your help." We got to work and transformed his condo. First, we let him remove any personal property he wanted. Second, we removed items that could sell at an auction. Third, we removed any remaining items for donations or landfill.
After clearing the condo, we then made some minor repairs and gave it a fresh coat of paint. Staging was next followed by a professional photoshoot.

Another recent sales was unit #405. The owners lived overseas and after years of renting the place, they decided it was time to sell.
The unit was in decent shape but after the tenant moved out, it needed some more warmth. An empty condo can feel cold and lifeless. Staging was the answer followed by a professional photoshoot.
