Arlington Ridge Terrace

Arlington Ridge Terrace is a 48-unit townhome-style condo community in the Shirlington-Fairlington area, built in 1989 at 3002 Glebe Road South. Unlike the traditional elevator buildings that dominate much of Arlington, this community is made up of multi-level townhome residences with their own entrances.

Garage parking is included — a practical feature that many condo townhome buyers specifically look for. The townhome format means you get a more house-like living experience: multiple floors, no shared hallways, and typically more storage than a comparable flat-style unit.
