ArlingtonCondo.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by The Bosl Group, Inc., DBA ArlingtonCondo.com, a Keller Williams affiliated real estate team led by Rick Bosl (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or interact with the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form on the Site — for example, to search listings, request a home valuation, contact us, or sign up for property alerts — we collect what you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and general location (city/region level).

Property search activity. The Site uses Showcase IDX to display MLS listing data. When you search, save, or view listings, that activity may be recorded and associated with your account or session so we can show you relevant properties and follow up about ones you’ve viewed.

Visitor identification technology (RealSynch Identify). This Site uses RealSynch Identify, a visitor identification tool, to match browsing activity on this Site to available personal information — such as name, email address, phone number, and mailing address — even if you have not filled out a form or otherwise identified yourself to us. This works by matching your IP address and device/browser data against third-party and publicly available data sources. Information gathered this way may be used to follow up with you about your interest in the Arlington, VA condo market and may be shared with RealSynch and our customer relationship management (CRM) platform (GoHighLevel) to enable that follow-up.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the real estate services you request
  • Send you property alerts, market updates, and related communications
  • Follow up with visitors who show interest in listings or the Arlington condo market, including visitors identified through RealSynch Identify
  • Improve the Site and understand how it’s used

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers. We do share information with the service providers who help us operate the Site and run our business, including:

  • RealSynch — provides the Identify visitor-matching technology described above
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM platform, used to store contact information and manage follow-up communications, including email sent from our dedicated outreach address
  • Showcase IDX — provides MLS listing search and display functionality
  • Email and SMS service providers we use to send you messages, subject to your ability to opt out at any time (see below)

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies for standard functionality: keeping you logged in, remembering your preferences, and supporting the property search experience. If you leave a comment on the Site, you may opt in to saving your name, email, and website in a cookie for convenience on future comments. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some Site features may not work properly without them.

Your Choices

Opt out of being identified or contacted. If you’d prefer we not use visitor-identification technology to follow up with you, or you’d like us to stop contacting you entirely, email us at Rick@ArlingtonCondo.com or use the unsubscribe link included in any email you receive from us. We will honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.

Email. Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link and our mailing address, in compliance with the federal CAN-SPAM Act.

SMS/Text. If you’ve opted in to text messages, you can opt out at any time by texting “STOP.” See our Terms of Service for details.

Access or deletion. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at Rick@ArlingtonCondo.com. This does not include information we’re required to retain for legal or administrative purposes.

Data Retention

We retain contact and lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and follow applicable legal, tax, and business record-keeping requirements.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
