Laurel Place

Laurel Place is a small collection of 6 townhome condos on Columbia Pike, built in 1979 off of South Walter Reed Drive along 17th Street South. It’s one of the smallest condo communities in South Arlington.

Off-street parking is the primary amenity. At 6 units, the HOA is minimal and decisions happen among a very small group of owners. The townhome format provides multi-level living with your own entrance.

There’s no Metro within walking distance, but Columbia Pike’s bus service provides connections along the corridor. Laurel Place is a simple, no-frills community that appeals to buyers who want basic townhome ownership without the overhead that comes with larger buildings.
