Frederick Courts

Frederick Courts is a 162-unit garden-style condo community on Columbia Pike, built in 1947. The community is comprised of several brick garden buildings spread across addresses along Columbia Pike, 10th Street South, and Frederick Street South.

Common laundry is the primary shared amenity. The brick construction and garden layout give Frederick Courts a mid-century character that’s typical of the older Pike communities — low-rise buildings, shared courtyards, and a neighborhood feel that larger developments can’t replicate.

There’s no Metro within walking distance, but Columbia Pike’s bus service provides frequent connections along the corridor. At 162 units, the community has the scale to keep condo fees manageable.
